This recorded virtual class will focus on nurturing our womb and taking charge of our vaginal health. In most cultures, vagina is considered a taboo or "dirty" word. Women are often left to seek out their own information. We will shift that perception by welcoming dialogue about the knowledge of basic vaginal care regimens, appropriate use of external and internal botanicals to support and nourish our womb and vaginal microbiome, as well as discuss different options of self-care.
