Our vaginal microbiome has its own delicate and unique microbial environment. Disruption or imbalances in the bacterial communities can lead to yeast and bacterial vaginosis (BV).
In this class, we’ll be discussing how to cultivate and sustain a healthy vaginal ecology through maintaining healthy PH levels and cultivating beneficial bacteria. We'll cover common causes of yeast and BV, as well as treatment protocols and preventative measures.
